Swedish Treat: Moose Cheese

Yum! I've had goat cheese, but never moose cheese. I love Swedish treats. It must be right up there with wasa brot and lingonberries.

My co-worker Rocky sent me this article link. There's a bit of an animal phenomena occurring in the lab right now. Each time a new release is pushed out, developers play WAV files of animal sounds. It started with crickets chirping and has progressed to frogs, cows and howler monkey calls.
